1895 Bianchi builds the first women’s bicycle, as a special commission for Queen Margherita, at Villa Reale in Monza. Bianchi travels to court to present the bicycle and provide riding lessons to the Queen.
1896 Bianchi becomes the first bicycle manufacturer to use cycling races as testing grounds for innovations prior to producing them on a large scale.
1899 Giovanni Tommaselli wins Bianchi its first international cycling victory, at the world championship of track racing: the Grand Prix of Paris, which later evolves into the Tour de France.
1899 Trucks loaded with new Bianchi bicyles for distribution across Italy and abroad.
