 | Cross ConceptNobody has more expertise or experience designing and building cyclo-cross bikes than Bianchi. We pioneered the first production frames and bikes. We race them and we ride them daily. We don’t just throw a triple crank and some cantilevers at a road frame, like some companies. We design totally specific cyclo-cross frames considering every detail and nuance. These are purpose built and the ride is evidence of thousands of hours of race feedback. Even our favorite old-timers like Pine Bob are now converted to the Cross Concept ride. The 2004 version of the Cross Concept is the most technically advanced and coolest cyclo-cross bike or frame. Period. Radical Scandium 7000 tube profiles are formed specifically for the rigors of cyclo-cross. Variable cross-section top tube goes from elliptical to round to square, and incorporates a broad, flat profile at the seat tube for comfortable portaging. New for 2004 are the unique carbon rear chainstays and seatstays. Integrated headset. Bianchi carbon fork with threadless 1 1/8” alloy steerer. 52cm frame weighs only 1,340g. Available as complete bike or as frame with fork. framebutton Available as frameset SpecialtyCross Concept Axis Volpe Pista Pista Concept (frame & fork)
